Are there any other entities that can use the BRCPC Contracts?
History has shown that while the BRCPC members use this contract, many other government entities in surrounding areas have used the BRCPC contracts that were previously led and awarded by Baltimore City. Other governments, school systems, community colleges and commissions that used the contract include, but are not limited to:

The purpose of this agreement is to achieve cost savings for those that participate. The combined agreement eliminates the need for multiple solicitations by participating entities and multiple responses by vendors and combines the volumes of multiple participating entities. There are no minimum order requirements.
What is the term of the agreement:
The contract period is January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2011 with 5 one-year renewal options.
