When you call Rudolph’s you will always talk to a person the first time you call. All phone calls are answered by our receptionist and forwarded to a representative, never a voice mail box.

Rudolph’s account executives are easily accessible. They perform routine onsite visits to monitor changing needs and usage trends. They also provide quotes, samples and information on new products and services. Your account executive will remain dedicated and active throughout your relationship with Rudolph’s.

Customer Service:

Our customer service team is made up of experienced professionals dedicated to being the best in the industry. Customer service is available Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M. -5:00 PM. to take orders, answer questions, locate hard to find items, answer product specification inquiries, and process returns. Our customer service representatives are cross trained so there is never a lapse in service. In the rare event, we can not answer a question immediately, we promise to find someone who can.
